I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Mindful Endeavors, LLC. 
I'm devoted to helping clients achieve the goals they have created for themselves in a way that amplifies their strengths and uniqueness.

My approach to therapy is a mix of being authentic and honest as a practitioner when working with people and utilizing clinical tools when appropriate.

I believe that the best therapeutic work comes from the practitioner building a relationship based off of trust and mutual respect with the client and not trying to force a specific treatment modality onto someone. 
I don't approach therapy as one size fits all. I want it to work for you, as an individual. I believe in your right to autonomy and privacy. I believe you are the expert in your own life and I am there to provide support along the way.

Whatever it takes to provide you with the most individualized approach is what we will do together in our work.
